Yes! It is spring, and with spring comes new growth, and new life! This is most definitely a metaphor for the new endeavors in my life.
I have just moved to La Peche from Ottawa, and am expanding my yoga, dance and healing practice into a new landscape, with new people and new experiences to come.
I am in the process of building my website, and developing my marketing tools. However, in the meantime, here is the gist of what you might want to know!
A few quick facts of interest about my background in teaching and healing:
- providing Therapeutic Touch treatments for 11 years, and Reiki treatments for 9 years
- personal meditation practice for 15 years
- instructing meditation for 10 years
- personal practice of yoga for 7 years, and teaching yoga for 1 year
- specializing in hatha, ashtanga vinyasa, yin, prenatal yoga, restorative yoga and my new class- Hatha Detox!
- JourneyDance is a brand new baby – I’ve been teaching for a few months and am loving the edges and challenges of doing something new!
- I provide public classes, private classes for small groups, and one on one private yoga sessions
- JourneyDances for celebrations and birthday parties

JourneyDance – Wednesdays at 7:15pm at the Rupert Community Centre, 24 Shouldice Rd in Rupert
Vinyasa yoga – Thursdays at 8:00pm- Shunnya Centre, Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa
